Mitsubishi Electric floor console heat pumps
- A floor console sits low on the wall. Heat at floor level first. Good in older houses, rooms with big windows, and anywhere a high wall will not work.
- Heat Geek installs Mitsubishi Electric KW RapidHeat floor consoles in Marlborough and Kaikoura. We size it, install it, service it. Why a floor unit • Warmth where you stand, not only at ceiling height • Sits on the floor, or recessed into the wall if you want it tidier. We do recessed installs. • Built-in Wi-Fi • White. Simple. Quiet on the small units The KW25, KW35 and KW42 are specified at 18 dBA on lowest fan, in heating. That quiet figure is for those three models. The KW50 and KW60 are 29 dBA. HyperCore on the KW50 and KW60 If you need full rated heat at −15°C, that is the HyperCore outdoor unit, available on the KW50 and KW60 only. It is optional, not standard. Heating operation to −25°C. The smaller KW units are not HyperCore. They still heat in winter, but they do not carry the full-rated-heat-at-−15°C promise. Warranty and the coast 5-year parts and labour on the equipment, from BDT, when sold by BDT in New Zealand and installed by an authorised dealer. Sounds and sea air need a proper conversation. Do not assume the unit has coastal protection. Get it on the wall Call 0800 432 800 or email info@heatgeek.co.nz. Tell us the room. If frost is the reason you are looking at a floor unit, say so. It changes which KW we quote.
